EVENT RULES
Free event – pre-booking still required
The Family Disco is free to attend, but everyone must be booked in advance so we can manage numbers safely.
Each booking must include one named supervising adult and all children/other attendees in your group. No extra people on the door if we are at capacity.
This is a family event – children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times, in all areas of the venue.
Children remain the responsibility of their parent/guardian or supervising adult, not the organisers.
Please respect staff, volunteers, other families and the venue.
No running, pushing, climbing on furniture or rough play.
No alcohol, vapes, illegal substances or dangerous items (glass, laser pens, etc.) may be brought in.
We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
The disco uses loud music and flashing/moving lights throughout.
If any child or adult in your group could be affected by flashing lights or loud music (for example, photosensitive epilepsy, sensory issues, or other medical conditions), please serious consider this and take any necessary steps before attending the event.
We are not able to provide specialist care, one-to-one support or medical supervision. If a child needs this level of support, they must attend with their own responsible carer who can look after them for the whole event.
The venue may have steps/uneven surfaces. Please consider this when deciding whether the event is suitable for your group.
We do not provide mobility aids (wheelchairs, walking frames, etc.) and are not trained to check or maintain them.
Anyone with mobility needs should bring and use their own appropriate equipment and remains responsible for it at all times.
Any snacks or drinks provided may contain or have been prepared near common allergens.
It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to check ingredients and decide what is safe for their child.
We may take general crowd photos/video for our own marketing and social media, but will not name individual children.
If you do not want your child to appear in any images, please tell a member of staff on arrival and we will do our best to avoid this.
Please avoid posting identifiable photos of other people’s children without their permission.
